Before importing goods, do you need to send the shipping documents to the bank responsible for the collection process? In that case, you can count on the Travelex Bank Banking Service.

The process is very simple, as you can see here:

  1. We receive the exporter’s charge and notify the importer.
  2. The importer closes the exchange with Travelex Bank.
  3. We deliver the documents for shipment to the exporter.
  4. We settle the transaction.
  5. The importer releases the merchandise.

FOR IMPORTS – DEFERRED EXCHANGE:

  1. We receive the exporter’s charge and notify the importer.
  2. The importer withdraws and accepts the collection withdrawal.
  3. We deliver the documents for shipment to the exporter.
  4. The importer releases the product.
  5. We notify the foreign bank and, upon maturity, notify the importer about the payment.
  6. The importer closes the exchange with Travelex Bank, and the transaction is subsequently settled.

FOR EXPORTS:
